What is included in the Training Camps fees ? |

Training Camp fees are based on a trip of five days on group sizes of 20 paying participants or more. Included in the Training Camp price are the following: Transfer from the airport to the hotel and back BreakfastTwo daily training sessions (including mineral water for the players) One friendly gameFree daily laundry service for your team uniformsA bi-lingual guide for the full length of the tripAll facilities listed at each individual training camp destination
Not included in the price are airline tickets and airport fees (where applicable).

Can Trainingtrips book our airline tickets ? |

Offcourse, we'd be happy to ! - Trainingtrips will find you the best ticketdeals, and we do not add any margin on these tickets! However we do charge you a small booking fee of € 5,00 for each ticket. If you still want to buy your own tickets than you are naturally welcome to do so. |

Is it possible to book a Training Camp for less than 20 participants ? |
|

Yes this is possible! However the price will be slightly higher. Prices are based on a minimum of 20 paying participants. For groups larger than 30 paying participants, one participant can join for free. Groups over 50 participants will receive an additional discount. We will be happy to arrange a customized Training Trip to your specifications. |

Is there a maximum of days to a Training Camp ? |

No there is no maximum. However there is a minimum of 3 nights. |

How far in advance do I need to book ? |

Training CampsDepending on the destination and whether or not you or your team members require Visa we need an average processing time of two weeks. Soccer ToursThe longer time you can give us, the better your customized Soccer Tour will get ! Additionally, airline fees are generally lower when you book them early. |

Is it possible to customize a Training Camp ? |

Yes this is possible! All our Training Trips have initially the same ingredients. This makes it easier to compare prices and wishes. But it is possible to adjust the length of your stay, the number of training sessions and friendly games, inform us of special food requirements etc. |

When your team comes from a country within the EU and the Training Trip destination is also within the same region you do not need a Visa. Only for Turkey a visa is required. You need to pay euro 10,- at the customs. If your team comes from another region in the world please check www.projectvisa.com. |
