From July 18th till August 6th Leonardo Mouwen (Training Trips) is coaching at the International Coaching Camps for Elite and advanced ability players. The camps are organized by Inside Soccer in conjunction with the Adidas International Training Program. Last 2 seasons Leonardo was an academy coach of RBC Roosendaal and also gave some coaching sessions at the Manchester City Academy earlier this year. Leonardo also did clinics in China and South Africa. During these Inside Soccer camps he will work with coaches of among others Chelsea FC, Real Madrid and River Plate. Within Training Trips Leonardo Mouwen is responsible for elite and recreational tournaments.

A couple of weeks ago The Playerspool (part of Training Trips) had a very interesting interview with Earnest (Earnie) Stewart. Our main interview goal was to find out about the differences between US and Dutch soccer. We think we couldn’t find a better person to tell us about these differences.
Earnest Stewart has had more than 100 caps for the USA National Team. He has played in Holland in the Dutch Eredivisie (for several clubs) from 1988 till 2003. He also played 2 season for DC United (2003-2004) where he won the MLS Cup in his second season and he finished his playing career in Holland in 2005. In 2006 he was named technical director of NAC Breda and this year Earnest has been appointed as AZ’s Technical Director. AZ was Dutch Champion in 2009.

Great tournament experience for academy teams of RBC Roosendaal in France |

Last weekend RBC U11 and U13 participated in the prestigious tournament of Dirinon in France. Tournament participation has been arranged by Leonardo Mouwen from Training Trips (also academy coach of RBC). U11 reached 5th position (total of 40 teams) and RBC U13 became 16th (also 40 teams).

Supersport United U17 in RODA 46 Elite tournament Leusden |

From May 19th till May 25th the U17 team from Supersport United (South Africa) is staying in Holland. First couple of days the team will stay in Training Trips destination Baarle Nassau where they will play 2 friendly games. One on wednesday against local club Gloria UC (A1) and the next day against NAC Breda B1 (U17). During the weekend the team will participate in the "Drie Poorten" international elite tournament of RODA 46 in Leusden. Training Trips made this whole trip possible. Other teams participating are:

- SC Excelsior
- Helsingborg (Sweden)
- FK Baumit Jablonec (Czech Republic)
